Addlium Prospect provides lead generation services for real estate professionals across the United States, including interested buyer and seller leads and appointment scheduling. While we focus on delivering qualified prospects and setting meetings, we do not guarantee conversions, closed deals, or client satisfaction, as these depend on factors beyond our control such as agent follow-up and market conditions. Therefore, once leads are delivered or meetings are scheduled, dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Eligibility & Request Process:

Clients may request a refund only if Addlium Prospect fails to provide at least two (2) qualified leads or two (2) scheduled meetings within the agreed service period. To initiate a refund, the client must contact our support team and submit a request for review. Our team will evaluate the service records, and if the client meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy For Virtual Assistant Services:

Addlium Prospect provides professional virtual assistant services including but not limited to administrative support, CRM management, scheduling, communication handling, and related business tasks as agreed upon in the service scope.

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that all work is performed based on pre-approved requirements and allocated resources. Once service execution has begun, including assignment of virtual assistants, task initiation, or utilization of working hours, all payments are considered non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in cases where Addlium Prospect materially fails to deliver the agreed scope of services as defined in the service agreement. In such cases, the client must submit a formal refund request for review. Our team will assess service logs, communication records, and delivery evidence to determine eligibility. If approved, a partial or full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion based on the extent of services rendered.
